Lucinda McCann has been with Wood Chiropractic Center since they opened in March of 2006. She is a native of Versailles, and graduated from Woodford Co. High in 1999. She attended Earlham College and Shawnee State University majoring in Sports Management. She has one daughter, April. She enjoys playing soccer, working out, watching UK sports, and hanging with family and friends. She will assist in many aspects of your care and will aid you in all of your insurance needs. She is ready to serve you, your family and your friends with whatever you may need.

Lucinda will also assist you with all your xray needs.

Even though she is originally from White Pigeon, Michigan, she has grown up here in Versailles. Sheila recently married her high school sweet heart, Jeremy, in August 2008. Together they live in Georgetown, KY with their American Saddlebred horse, Ebay. They also have 3 dogs: Remo, Fonzie and Murloc. Sheila's hobbies include horseback riding, painting, sewing and cooking. She graduated from LCC in 2004 with a degree in Arts. Sheila will be assisting us with the patient flow throughout the office. Along with that she will also assist you with physical therapy as needed. We welcome her to our team!

Angie Durr, Front Desk

Wood Chiropractic CenterAngie Durr has been with Wood Chiropractic Center since October 9, 2009.  She came to this office from Lawrenceburg, KY where she was born and raised.  Angie graduated from Anderson Co. High in 1990 and from Sullivan College in 1999. 

At Sullivan she gained an Associate Degree in Hospitality/Tourism! She is the Aunt to fourteen children and Great Aunt to 10 other children. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, dancing, playing games and reading. Angie loves spending time with her Beagle, Sassie! After working at Toyota for nine years, Angie joins our team to manage the front desk.  Her duties involve quite a few things such as taking care of all your scheduling needs.

Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Versailles chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Versailles chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
